Merry Christmas!
The holiday season offers a rare opportunity to pause and reflect on what we’ve achieved and how we’ve grown.
For business leaders, this moment of stillness can feel unfamiliar. We are accustomed to the constant motion of solving problems and navigating uncharted waters. We remain agile, which is certainly no easy feat.
So, in your holiday introspection, I want you to celebrate your adaptability. Business ownership demands more than just hard work. It requires courage and vision to create opportunities out of uncertainty. In 2025, I encourage you to view your challenges and obstacles as an invitation to innovate. Instead of letting hurdles bog you down, ask yourself: How can I refine my business plan? Where can I strengthen relationships? What is possible if I think beyond the obvious?
While pursuing that forward momentum, don’t forget the power of gratitude. Recognize the people who’ve supported your growth this year– Family, friends, your business network, vendors, and, of course, your clients and customers. Gratitude is one of the most resilient foundations for building collaborative, supportive relationships.
As a leadership coach, I am so grateful for the opportunity to partner with business owners and executives like you– Those who see the big picture while putting in the daily work. Your drive and determination remind me why I do what I do.
Wishing you and your loved ones a Christmas filled with joy and a New Year filled with new possibilities.
Warm Wishes,
Lori Moen
