The goal of the business owner roundtable is to bring together a small peer group and encourage an environment conducive to community. Once everyone is laser-focused on the goals, the focus shifts to the hot topics on every business owner’s plate, including demystifying financials, developing key performance indicators, and strategic planning. We’re here to help you achieve your business goals, maximize your leadership, and hold you to a standard of peer accountability.
Meetings
These meetings allow time for curiosity, reflection, and brain storming to take place amongst like-minded people. The group is effectively aligned with the same goal in mind; becoming stronger leaders and more productive business owners. Business owners get the chance to share the burden of running a business with other owners in a confidential setting, learning and sharing personalized experiences. You won’t find cookie-cutter coaching here. Instead, you will be held to a higher standard of accountability, communication, and growth through facilitation and peer-group motivation.
